Reports OnCourse reports
allows you to see what GLE's you have linked in your lesson plans.
It can show you "Only" the ones you have linked or
it can show you all the standards for that particular grade level or
subject area. In the "Show Me All Standards" options, it will
give you all the ones you have linked and the number of occurrences
in bold and the ones you have not linked are grayed out.
Instructions:
1) Once you are in "My Planner" click on the
"Reports" link. The
Report window should open and you will see something like below.
2) Select the Standard Option ... We suggest "Show
Me All Standards..." 3)
Select the Start Date ... We suggest doing one from the beginning of
the year!
You can do it for specific time frames (... like unit time frames,
etc!) 4) The End Date
should be today's date ... change if you like ...
5) Click on Generate Report ... and be patient ...
Some computers might need a plugin to run ... If
it asks, click to install it.
I believe you will find the Reports very helpful
if you linked the standards in your lesson plans on a consistent
basis. More instructions
