Vermilion Parish Schools' Science Corner

The Vermilion parish schools science corner is designed to help our science teachers and their students both at school as well as at home: for homework, projects as well as fun learning : meaningful entertainment from the experience of which the children and young adults will grow . The access is organized by areas of interest as well as by grades and subjects.
The platform of communications  is  a pedagogical tool where access is sorted by grades and subjects of interest. Each sub site contains laboratory applications, demos, lesson plans, questions involving critical thinking and their applications, long term projects .

The vermilion parish science curriculum site is divided in three levels as shown in the table below in section Science Support, each of these level is or will incorporate the following  items

 Science comprehensive curriculum:

                     1. High school level

                     2. Middle school level

                     3. Elementary School level .

Science Vendors: This page is providing access to vendors , material is organized according the selection they offer, their address on web, the email of their vendors and support group technician as well as their phone number, the last column will be miscellaneous information.

                        Some of our best achievements have been permitted through the usage of computer based labs in the classroom.
