Congratulations to EHS's Eva Lange for being selected as the 2016-17 Erath High School Teacher of the year! "Mrs. Eva" was selected by members
of our own Erath High School Faculty to represent our educational community of excellence. She brings dedication and compassion to this campus in the form of a Biology teacher.

Erath High Leaders Marc Turner and Patricia Thibodeaux honored Heather LeBlanc today as the "Volunteer of the Year!"

Heather is the daughter of Pam LeBlanc and the late Carl Joe LeBlanc. (Her grandmother was long time Erath educator and Librarian Gloria LeBlanc).

Erath High Report Card

The scores are in! I couldn’t be more proud, enthusiastic, and appreciative of the small community we raise our families in and for the EHS students that prove everyday that hard work and excellence are the keys to success! The School Performance Scores were released today – this year’s score is 114.1, which is a 5.3 growth from last year, confirming that Erath High School continues
to be an “A school” and #3 in the state!

I am thankful to our EHS faculty that works hard to provide the atmosphere and material to our students to continue reaching for the stars. I would also like to thank the feeder schools (EMS, Dozier, LeBlanc Elem) for diligently preparing  students day in and day out for the message of how important academics is from preK forward. To our Counselor, Angela Lange, and our Assistant Principal, Patricia Thibodeaux, you are the face behind the message providing support and guidance to every student and teacher on this campus.

Today, we are celebrating excellence here on the EHS Campus. Students, I am SO PROUD to have you as part of this score celebration confirming that your hard work with hours of studying and preparation has once again led us to the elite of the learning communities.

Forever blue,
Marc Turner, Principal
