Erath High ranks as an

"A" School & #1 in State!

November 7, 2017 The scores are in! Erath High School is the #1 public high school in the state again!

I am unbelievably proud, enthusiastic, and appreciative of the small community we raise our families in and for the EHS Students that prove everyday that hard work and excellence are the keys to success! The School Performance Scores were released today – this year’s score is 128.2 confirming that Erath High School continues to be an “A school” AND #1!

These scores speak volumes for these teachers who put dedication as the foundation for this community.

I am so thankful for our outstanding EHS faculty that works extremely hard to provide the instruction and environment for our students to continue digging deep and scoring at this level. We could never put this information forward without the leadership and support from our Central Office Staff. Big thank you to them. I would also like to thank the feeder schools (EMS, Dozier, and LeBlanc Elem) for diligently preparing students day in and day out - instilling the message of how important academics is from preK forward. Students, I am SO PROUD to celebrate your achievements with you, as this score reflects YOUR hard work-hours of studying and preparation-that has once again led us to the elite of the learning communities. This is our time to shine!

Forever blue,

Marc Turner
