Erath High "Pride News!"
week, social media outlets like facebook,
twitter, You Tube and others were overtaken
by ALS Ice Bucket challenges to raise money
for the organization. The challenge which
has raised near $80 million dollars by
Monday, August 25th is still going on and
strong. On Sunday, both Erath high
Principal Marc Turner and Assistant
Principal were called out for the challenge.
Late Monday afternoon, the duo did indeed do
the ice bucket challenge. They offered their
Erath High School students two $1 (out of
uniform) dress days on Tuesday, August 26th
and Wednesday, August 27th. The students pay
one dollar and have a free dress day (out of
uniform day) with all proceeds going to the
ALS organization. The EHS leader video can
be found on the Erath School and Community
facebook page. Donations can be made on the
courtesy of Jadie Breaux.
