Meaux Elementary Fire
Erath Middle Fire on March 7, 2000 (Erath Middle was relocated to Dozier and Church Buildings) Hurricane Lili and Abbeville High Damages (October 3, 2002) AHS relocated to the Fruit of the Loom Plant facility) Hurricane Rita Damages (7 Schools Displaced and/or Closed. Schools damaged were Dozier, EMS, EHS, FIEB, Seventh Ward, Henry and Pecan Island. AHS, JHW, Indian Bayou and Maurice Elementary housed displaced students and used a platooning system.)
