Important 2014 Fall Dates

  • New Student Registration  Beginning July 28th  between 8 am - 3 pm.

    • Domicile Forms- At the beginning of each school year the Vermilion Parish School board is requiring an updated Domicile Form. This form requires 2 proofs of residence. Below is a list of acceptable documents that can be submitted to verify residence:

    • 1) Electric bill is required, regardless of name on bill, and one of the following:

      • Filed Homestead Exemption Application Form

      • Lease receipt or documentation providing ownership.

      • Water or gas bill

      • Vermilion Parish Affidavit by parent/legal guardian verifying student residence.

      • Placement by OCS
        So, please be advised that you will need a copy of your electric bill in August.

  • JOES Meet & Greet: Thursday, August 7, 2014  5:00 pm 6:30pm

  • August 11th Students Report to School (1st-5th)

  • August 14th First Day of school for Pre-k and

  • Kindergarten. (1/2 of students) Parents will be notified.

  • August 15th First Day of school for Pre-k and Kind. (1/2 of students) Parents will be notified

  • August 18th  All Pre-k and Kindergarten students

Mrs. Lana.   We do not want to interrupt important instructional time for your child.
