I chose to teach because
each moment is a new adventure. No two days are alike. Each morning you are
met with new obstacles; new challenges; but you are also greeted with the
best reward; children. Iíve always loved teaching but until recently I
didnít know how ultimately fun it could be. Iíve learned that teaching is
more about facilitating. Letting the children grow, experience, and take
charge of their own learning. I absolutely love this new adventure.

Teacher of the Year!
Teaching at Eaton Park Elementary in Abbeville was a blessing.
I am completely astonished with the passion and devotion the
teachers and students have for learning and excelling. They
have given me the overwhelming knowledge of how a team should
collaborate to meet the needs of all students and selves.
Eaton Park will always hold a place in my heart.
Transferring to LeBlanc Elementary was a blessing in disguise.
For being a brand new school to the parish exceeded my expectations. I love seeing and meeting new faces.
I believe I have found my home!
