 FEES

Registration fees are $400 per child and Book Fee $75.00 (K-8) per child.

 **REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE**

 TUITION SCHEDULE FOR 2011-2012:

Pre-S (FT)  

 $3,410 CHILD/YEAR

Pre-S (PT)  

 $2,710 CHILD/YEAR

K – 8th 

 $3,410 CHILD/YEAR

*Supply Fee for Kindergarten....$75.00

*Book Fee (PS-8)………………....$75.00

CAFETERIA 

Participation in the School Nutrition Program for all Elementary students is mandatory.  Lunch fee bills are sent home each month by the Diocese, not by Mount Carmel.  Lunch fees must be paid by the 1st of each month. (Subject to change annually.)

MAY FESTIVAL

All families are mandated to work a minimum of two (2) hours per enrolled student.

STUDENT INSURANCE 

Mt. Carmel offers a student insurance program.  All plans are itemized on the brochure sent home in August or September.  The insurance fee will vary according to the specific policy selected.  All families with students participating in any athletic activity and all families who do not carry any health coverage are encouraged to purchase, at least, the minimum student coverage.

 UNIFORMS

Uniforms may be purchased from local merchants.  The dress code is printed in the Parent-Student folder. 

REQUIREMENTS TO REGISTER FOR NEW PRE-SCHOOL – EIGHTH SIBLINGS

 All students must bring the following to register for Mt. Carmel:

  1. Official State Birth Certificate
  2. Baptismal Certificate
  3. Immunization Card (Card must be signed by Person Administering Vaccination/Provider)
  4. Social Security Card #
  5. Child's last report card if attended another school

 

KINDERGARTEN ENTRANCE AGE

Child must be 5 years old by August 1st.

 PRE-SCHOOL ENTRANCE AGE

Child must be 3 years old by August 1st.

(Child must be potty trained)

NOTES

  1. All admissions will be administered by the Principal.
  2. Students transferring from other Catholic schools have priority over students transferring from public or private schools.
  3. Entrance in each category will be accepted according to a date of application; those with earlier dates will be admitted first.
  4. Should a conflict in any category arise, the principal will make the final resolution.
