"SADDLE-UP and READ"
First AR Reward Event!
Meaux is rustling up good AR readers! It is getting close to our first AR reward
day and we want all our Bookaroo's to be ready. Our first AR time
period began on Thursday, September 17th and will end on Friday, November 13th.
Points needed per grade level are:
2nd Graders need ...10 AR points
3rd Graders need ...12 AR points
4th Graders need ...14 AR points
5th Graders need ...16 AR points
6th Graders need ...18 AR points

Buckaroos who earned their points to attend the first AR event.
This event will take place on Wednesday, November 18th! Get ready for a really
good time!
And....the top 12 AR
readers will leave school to go to the movies on Friday, November 20th.
Second AR Reward Event!
Our second AR time period began on Monday, November 16th and will end on Friday,
January 29th. Points needed per grade level are: 2nd Graders need ... 12 AR points
3rd Graders need ... 14 AR points
4th Graders need ... 16 AR points
5th Graders need ... 18 AR points
6th Graders need ...20 AR points
Third AR Reward Event!
Our third AR time period began on Monday, February 1st and will end on Wednesday,
April 4th. Points needed per grade level are: 2nd Graders need ... 15 AR points
3rd Graders need ... 17 AR points
4th Graders need ... 20 AR points
5th Graders need ... 23 AR points
6th Graders need ... 25 AR points
The reward event for our last time period of
the year will be fun jumps on the playground and treats. This will be scheduled
for the last week of April.
The TOP 15 AR point holders for the school year will be attending the "World
Famous Angola Rodeo"! The Rodeo will be on Saturday, April 17th.
