Teacher Expectation

s

  Dear Parents,

Welcome Back to a new school year.  I hope you and your child enjoyed the summer.  Now, a new school year is about to start and it will bring many new learning experiences for your child.  I look forward to working with your child.  This year there is a great deal the students will have to learn each week.    I know that by working together  the transition to first grade will be a smooth one for the child.
In order to get the school year started on a positive note I have a few expectations that needs to be
followed.
I expect every student to do the best he/she can  do.  Each child needs to be an active learner and participate in class activities.  Students must follow all class rules,  LeBlanc's PBS (Positive Behavior) rules  and  Parish rules on behavior.  Conduct will be graded weekly.
Students are expected to arrive at school on time so morning routines can be done to get ready for the day. Any student  arriving late and is unable to complete the morning tasks will stay in at morning  recess to complete them
Homework is a very important part to learning.  A Homework Calendar is handed out every Monday.
The assignments are expected to be turned in daily as stated on the calendar.
I know with your help and corporation this will be a very productive year  for your child.
